4. Smart Cleanup Feature

The Smart Cleanup tool is designed to help users enhance their own video content by removing visual clutter and distractions. This includes cleaning up unwanted overlays or logos from content the user owns or has permission to use.

You are strictly prohibited from using this feature to remove watermarks, logos, or branding from videos that you do not have the right to edit. Any misuse of this tool may result in suspension or termination of your account and potential legal liability.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property used by or associated with ClipPilot are owned by ClipPilot and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your uploaded and processed content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process and temporarily store your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
